Tower-Soudan School Principal John Jirik dropped a bombshell proposal at the Independent School District 2142 Board meeting held in Tower Tuesday evening—a school forest. MORSE TOWNSHIP — One person is dead after a house fire happened Sunday afternoon in Morse Township. PIKE TOWNSHIP — One person is injured after an ATV crash in Pike Township on Thursday, Feb. 22.
